About the Business
B & J carpets was formed 25 years ago by a husband and wife team Brian & Jane Cooke. They started trading from a small shop on the Kirkby Road, Sutton In Ashfield and through hard work and a commitment to service, word quickly spread making it a thriving business. Expansion began when the current owner took over the business in 1987 and through this expansion it has now become the largest carpet & vinyl stockist in the Sutton In Ashfield area.
A bargain could always be found which is still true today. This trading style made the store very popular indeed, so together with helpful staff and excellent fitting teams B & J Carpets became the only store in town to specialise in floor coverings. Over the years there have been many changes to both the building and to the interior layout. B & J carpets have always tried to stay ahead of any changes in colour and design.
